Kerrie Wallace - Principal Accountant

Kerrie is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience in the accounting industry. She is known as a proactive, highly qualified accounting professional assisting clients with a range of accounting and taxation needs that range from business consultancy and advice, helping clients grow and manage their business, structuring for taxation and commercial purposes, asset protection, assistance with wealth and estate planning, Self Managed Superannuation Fund compliance, business purchase or sale, succession planning, tax minimization strategies, management accounting, accounting and taxation services.


Nick Zaniol-  Tax Manager

CA, CPA, SMSF Auditor

Nick Zaniol is our Tax Manager, with 15 + years of accounting experience and an in depth knowledge of tax laws and regulation. Whilst providing support to Kerrie and the accounting team, Nick also provides a full range of services to our clients including all annual accounting and taxation services, strategic business planning and developments of tax strategies, in depth knowledge of Self Managed Superannuation Funds including audit, business structuring for taxation and commercial purposes and management accounting.

Becky McGuinness - Office Manager

Becky McGuinness is our Office Manager, leading our team in ensuring we provide the highest level of service to our clients that is both compliant and cost effective. Aside for managing the day to day operations of our office, Becky is well versed in corporate compliance matters including structure setups, ASIC related matters such as lodgment of forms and required resolutions, business name registrations and the ATO communications framework. With a strong focus on systems and procedures, that translate to the best end user experience for our clients, Becky is here to ensure all your questions are answered.
